10-2022 security patch level—Vulnerability details
Currently, eligibility for Peacock Premium at no cost requires a subscription to a Gigabit or higher internet speed tier, being a Platinum or Diamond Xfinity Rewards member, or having our NOW TV services. While Peacock was included with cable services when it started, it is no longer automatically included with a cable subscription. Please advise (and please don’t suggest the “activate-peacock” link). Xfinity refuses to perform any more than a surface-level investigation into the issue and the bottom line is that I am being deprived of a service for which I pay.
I am only aware of one login for peacock. The banner for peacock did not appear in affinity assistant Click the banner if it appears, if it does not the Xfinity Reward may already be activated. Please help me resolve this issue.
I went to activate it today and after I signed in using my xfinity account, Peacock said I didn’t have premium. I tried to reactivate it/relink it to my Peacock account, and Peacock is giving me the error message that, “Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account.” Peacock support wants to circle back to xfinity support so it’s just a circle jerk
No help from either Xfinity or Peacock just keep on sending me activation link to same response. I then discontinued their service and signed up for Xfinity streaming bundle. Finally signed up for Peacock directly with .99 deal and worked.

There are no security issues addressed in Google Play system updates (Project Mainline) this month. @user_8ausfg I’m having the same issues and no one seems to know how to fix it! @user_8ausfg the answer to the issue may be different for each customer. I have been having this problem forever and cannot get any resolution no matter how many customer service people at both xfinity/comcast and Peacock are involved.

Peacock Premium included in Xfinity package, but no access to Peacock Premium
I see that many, many, customers have had similar problems going back years. It angers me that I have to RENT movies vegas casino that I should have access to for free from Peacock! It has now been several months, and I have never been able to activate Peacock despite going through all of the steps that I have been told to go through. I have never been able to activate Peacock.

Have spent countless hours trying to explain issue. Acct was linked to my Xfinity earlier through Comcast.net email which is no longer accessible. Having same problems as everyone else here… did anyone get their issue resolved?
I have spent hours talking with customer service representatives. I explained to him that I had been told that previously, called Peacock, and was told that Peacock would have no dominion over Xfinity log-in issues. Unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue and we continue not to have access to Peacock.

When I log into my Xfinity account and go to manage my channels, it shows Peacock Premium listed as my current plan.

You can also reach out directly to their customer support and look up your account with your full name and payment information. Used as second email address that was linked to a long expired peacock account, this did not work.

Same issue, I cancelled an existing peacock premium account, and this did not work. I use my Xfinity email address and password I get the same message from peacock no account. I am a big European football fan, and if I were unable to watch my favorite football clubs over the weekend using peacock I’d be in uproar. Hi @user_ojg39w, I certainly understand your frustration here. I contacted Xfinity, and now they’re telling me to wait 24 hours because they had to escalate the issue a second time to an advanced Peacock team. I have been trying to get my Peacock account active through Xfinity for a month now.
Understanding CVE Reports for Android Vulnerabilities
Gave up trying to even log in at this point but we want to watch the Olympics and other stuff on peacock. I used the same email address I used for Xfinity I used for Peacock and that seemed like what you’re supposed to do based on the instructions on the website. I don’t see how I used the wrong email address?
